Introducing your instructor

A certified Pilates and MELT Method instructor with years of experience, Georgia’s work is grounded in helping people feel strong, mobile, and confident through simple, effective movement that supports real-life wellness.

Her approach blends intelligent, foundational Pilates with restorative MELT principles and simple lifestyle rituals to support strength, posture, mobility, and nervous system regulation. Rather than pushing the body harder, the focus is on refining how the body moves, building resilience from the inside out, and creating a sense of support that carries into everyday life.

Shaped by years of teaching and lived experience, this work is designed for longevity — helping people of all ages move with ease, build lasting strength, and feel deeply at home in their bodies.

FAQs

  • All programs are designed to support both beginners and experienced movers. The focus is on refining foundational movement, so beginners learn the basics well, and experienced practitioners can reset, improve alignment, and build strength with greater control.

  • The MELT Method is a gentle self-care technique that uses soft tools and slow, intentional movements to help rehydrate connective tissue (fascia), improve alignment, and support the nervous system. Rather than stretching or strengthening muscles directly, MELT works with the body’s sensory system to reduce tension, restore balance, and improve how the body responds to stress and load.

  • Most programs require little to no equipment and can be done at home. No prior Pilates experience is needed, as clear cueing and foundational principles are built into each session. Any optional tools will be clearly noted.

  • Consistency matters more than intensity. Even short, regular sessions can support improvements in strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness over time. These programs are designed to fit into real life and be repeated as often as needed.
